On July 11 a one-man show of Denis Chernov, artist from Kharkiv, was opened in the gallery "Yelisavetgrad". The painter exhibits about 30 pictures which were created in different times. There are academy figures, still lifes and Crimean views. The subjects are different and many-sided but there is something that joins all these things – it is a virtuosic command of drawing technique with a lead pencil, attention and love to the smallest details of the items depicted.
There was no room to move in the gallery. All the speakers, including the experts of the Art Museum, art critics and painters, highly appreciated the creative work of this young and talented artist.
However nothing makes a master so happy like enthusiastic reviews of spectators.
