Vintenko Boris

Boris Mikhailovich Vintenko (1927 - 2002) is a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist .
He was born in the village of Oboznovka, Kirovograd region. In 1942 he graduated from Odessa State Art School named after Grekov. His teachers were Bukovetsky, Fraerman, Pavlyuk. He is a participant of Regional, Republican and National exhibitions. He worked in Kirovograd Art Workshops by Art Fund, taught at Art Studios. He had been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1973, an Honored Artist of Ukraine since 1993. He was a master of landscape and portraiture, a representative of Impressionism (invented his own style "flickering″ in painting ). His works are kept at Kirovograd Regional Art Museum and in many private collections around the world.
