Zhugan Vladimir
Vladimir Zhugan is a Ukrainian artist and landscape painter. He was born on August 27, 1926, in the village Likhovka, Dnepropetrovsk region. From 1946 to 1951 he studied at Dnepropetrovsk Art School under M. Panin and N. Pogrebnyak. In 1949 he started exhibiting his works at art exhibitions. In 1964 he became a member of Artists’ Union of Ukraine. Vladimir Zhugan is an Honored Artist of Ukraine. His works are to see in art museums of Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kamianets-Podilskiy, and in numerous private collections. He lived and worked in Dneprodzerzhinsk.
